Striving for perfection, we are constantly trying to improve our production processes and our products.
Thanks to many tests and trials, we have been able to design a Kevlar® material used to reinforce Castellated joints, which at the same thickness show about 40% more strength than traditional Kevlar®.
This is very important because in the case of Teflon® belts for the food industry, the joint is often the weakest link of the whole belt.
The castellated joint designed by us is not only perfectly smooth with no visible thickening, but also much stronger than competitive solutions.
